Pick up was quick and easy, with a lovely customer service representative. Car was clean and tidy. The Kia Stonic is what we were given, which was fine for our needs, however, we were dissappointed that we weren't able to book a car seat for while we were there and had to make other arrangements for one. Drop off was ok, with keys being left in drop box, however, all the SIXT parks were full, so we had to park across from them in another space.
