Was referred by a friend to use Sixt while in Europe and had a horrible experience while receiving the car from Sixt in Zagreb ( which I later learnt was a franchise). Had driven the car to Vienna and had troubles with the electronics of the car. Vienna Sixt had changed my opinion about Sixt and I had a pleasant experience with them in replacing the car. Mr. Ari was so kind enough to find us an alternative during the peak hours of Christmas season 2023. I am grateful for meeting people like him which made the rest of our trip in Europe memorable.

Booked online. Convenient location, literally inside the Hilton Hotel. Pick up experience was fantastic and easy. Walked in, handed over passport, driver’s license, and credit card. Everything was super smooth, signed digitally on the touch screen and had my keys. The guy working with me, Amin during pick up was the coolest dude. Great conversation, handled every step perfectly, and made the perfect recommendations about my rental as he understood more about me through normal conversation. Will absolutely schedule my next pick up from this location because of him. Drop off was very easy as well. The car itself was clean, fueled up, and had zero issues. This location is very convenient as well if you are renting from within the city.
