Very fast to get your car. Hassle free. Many staff were present. However didn't quite get the selected car category (Tiguan), got an S line A4 quattro, which was nice although obviously smaller and lacking active cruise and other features. They did not try to sell anything extra, just suggested full insurance. Cross border had a small fee. The car existing damages got emailed to us during pickup, and were correct (small scratches). Return process is the same for all companies at the airport, drive in and the airport staff will guide you in and take the keys. You can't miss the rental return signs on the way to airport. We had to leave the car without someone checking it, since the rental return staff ignored us, but got return receipt soon after. Overall seemed a good, safe option. Price was competitive too when booked from a third party. On their own app things were more expensive.
