We had a fantastic experience with Sixt rental car service in Catania. Before our trip, we had booked a car from another rental service. However, we were taken aback by the numerous additional fees and deposits, totaling over €4000. Consequently, we decided to cancel our reservation and try our luck with Sixt upon our arrival. Fortunately, luck was on our side as we met Rosalia at the corner. Rosalia was incredibly helpful, providing valuable advice without being pushy. As a result, we ended up with a great car that perfectly suited our needs, making our trip all the more enjoyable. Moreover, the price, coupled with the standard deposit, was unbeatable. Upon returning the car, we had the pleasure of meeting Liliana, who was consistently kind and helpful. Their exceptional support throughout our rental period exceeded our expectations.
