staff were very helpful and friendly. Of course they tried to get us to upgrade and take their excess insurance but they didn't push it. They let us look at all the cars they had in our booked class.

This was our first car rental experience with Sixt and it we didn’t have any issues with them. Our reservations was made through a third party and I called their headquarters to confirm and then called the airport location on the day of. We were a bit worried about not arriving on time since our flight was delayed, but thankfully we got there on time. The Verona airport is very small and it was easy to find their front desk.
