Booked car at the airport since car rental in the city is impossible unless you are Kuwaiti residence or have gulf member ID. The sales agent and other support staff at the airport where excellent, who knows how to take care of customers. He offered to look at different car options for a family of five.
After reviewing some options we selected an SUV and handover process was also smooth.
