Had no issue with this car rental shop. We took pictures of existing damages and odometer of the cars before driving. And took another set of pictures when returning. We made sure we paid the parking fees too as the parking fine is not cheap. The admin fee of paying the fine is expensive too.

Good rental experience, my bunq credit card was accepted without any issue, toll roads were charged at toll+VAT which I suppose is OK. Also no issues with my insurance from third party provider. Deposit was returned in full amount 2 days later. I asked if I could return the car at 13:00 instead of 11:00 but that wasn’t possible. No big deal but sometimes you can do that for free. P.S. Check that fuel tank is full if you buy the refuel service.
