It couldn't be better! Upon arrival at the airport, we were able to immediately take a shuttle bus to Sixt's location. Here Genrica and Joy received us very professionally and customer-friendly and went through the wide range of cars and prices. This made making a decision easy and we were able to get into our BMW x3. I discovered a loose rubber and went back inside to report this. They acted quickly and we eventually received the keys for an X5. The kindness, professionalism and humor of these ladies ensured that we had a good start to our holiday.
